Nourish Spa and Skin Clinic

Have been going for the signature facial treatment at Nourish the past 3+ years, originally with Taz who is just amazing, and more recently with Serenity who is absolutely fabulous. Always walk out feeling like I'm on cloud 9 and my skin generally looks and feels pretty great too. Totally recommend.

First full Dermavidual consultation, the staff were very warm and welcoming, I felt comfortable to ask any questions their knowledge on the brand was excellent. Ive booked in for a follow up treatment and left excited to use my new bespoke skincare routine. Thanks so much Nourish team.

Had an amazing experience. I did a customized facial and my skin looked incredible next day plus the technique she used felt amazing on my face. I also received a spray tan that came out great. Highly recommend and will definitely being going back.

I was lucky enough to have Shannon for my treatments and she was fabulous. I had an incredible massage and facial as well as a foot and body scrub. The day spa itself is lovely. It smelled gorgeous, the lighting and the music were spot on. The staff were really welcoming and kind too. I would thoroughly recommend a visit!

I could not recommend this clinic enough! From the very beginning Jess and her team were so professional and made me feel so relaxed. I chose to have the Urban Retreat package with Shannon. She was so lovely and welcoming and she explained the whole treatment when I arrived and made me feel relaxed from the very beginning.I had a foot massage, deep tissue massage with hot stones followed by a facial. Shannon accommodated to my body type so well and made sure she really focused on my areas of tension on my back as requested.I have had many massages in the past but even when you request for harder pressure on the back or to focus on particular areas on the body I feel like a lot of people do not deliver and just apply a one size fits all method. However, Shannon was the opposite. She was so professional and made the whole package personal to me and I could not recommend her more!I felt so relaxed throughout. The clinic, the staff, the massage room, even the music was so great. You really get your moneys worth at this beautiful retreat.I'm not normally one to write reviews, but this one needed to be shared! I will certainly be back. Thanks Jess and Shannon!

I booked a 45 minute deep tissue massage and paid an extra $30 for a 15min scalp massage as an add on. The scalp massage I received was only for 5 minutes. When I told the masseuse, she said it was because it was included with the rest of the massage as I told her to focus on my lower/upper back and shoulders. This did not make sense at all as I specifically paid extra money to receive a 15 minute massage just for my scalp. She then proceeded to do a few more minutes of the scalp massage as I was not happy with the fact that the scalp massage was only 5 minutes. Even if I stated which areas to focus on, you still need to do the scalp massage for 15 minutes as I have paid for this service.Won't be returning as there are much better massage places out there for half of the cost.

Jess is an absolute eyebrow genius. I had my first eyebrow lamination with her and she did an incredible job. My brows are essentially non-existent and she made them look so lush and full! Highly recommend this amazing chick. 11/10!

If you are after Spa Manicure & Pedicure, Nourish Spa is NOT the place for you!After two years of lockdowns, I was so excited to finally get a dose of pampering.But $180 later, I didn’t even make it past the reception room. My whole Spa Experience took place in front of clients, staff, and receptionist Brook, who throughout my whole treatment kept on freaking out because she could not process a refund. Picking up messages, returning phone calls and engaging another therapist, who openly said that she is brain dead and too tired to deal with the refund.My therapist Georgie tried her best despite working with an empty bottle of hand lotion, no undercoat polish and poor colour range. The closest they had to offer to nude was hot pink, as the other bottles were on its last drop.Unfortunately, my pedicure was even worse. If you have a lower back problem don’t even bother. The reception armchairs are not suitable for this treatment. I was told that my legs were too short! Georgie wasn’t doing much better, picking up her equipment off the floor and at the end working on her hands and knees fixing up the bodged job. The images say it all ☹If you are after a professional spa experience, Skin Day Spa in St Kilda is head and shoulders above the rest and for my nails I will be going back to BUFF in Brighton.Please don’t bother replying, instead you might use this time to restock your products and invest in training your staff.PS.
