Gave specific instructions on what I wanted and all of them were ignored. The lady cut too much length off and left me with haircut that isn’t salvageable by any means. She was consistently checking her phone mid cut which was extremely unprofessional. Won’t be returning

Always a great experience here. Well priced and great chat by the staff. They also do kids cuts which is sensational for the family. Sometimes there is a wait, but I just browse the shops whilst waiting.

Shout out to shane (I hope I got his name right) for the awesome customer service and haircut. great guy to talk to and made me look like a million bucks for my interview tomorrow. 10/10 would recommend this barbershop to friends and family.

The lady who cut my hair asked me how I wanted my hair cut and then proceeded to ignore my instructions and just cut as she saw fit, which resulted in a really bad haircut. Worst I've had in years I'd say.

My son had the pleasure of having a hair cut from JACK this morning at Mt Ommaney. Jack is a wonderful, kind and friendly barber, who make my son feel very relaxed. He took an interest in my son’s footie game yesterday and gave him a haircut that would make him go “super fast”, and included the “super star” treatment. My son is fairly shy, but to see him smiling and chatting to Jack was wonderful. We hope we will be lucky enough to have another cut with Jack in a few weeks. Many thanks.
