Worst real estate ever. I received a $1700 water bill because of a burst pipe at the property. I went through south eastern water and had the bill reviewed because of the burst. The bill went down and I was informed it was the landlords responsibility to pay this as they are responsible for upkeep of the property. It is 6 months on and the bill has not been paid, not only that I am being charged another $2000 for water at a property that I have left. The real estate is dodging emails and hanging up on phone calls. I’ve had to go to vcat to try and organise payment of a bill I’m not responsible for. I always paid my rent on time and kept the property clean - despite the black mould that was growing in the house that I asked to be removed more than once. Do not rent through this agency
