never seen such a confused pharmacist before.. very poor service

Never visit this store.Prices are 3 times compared to Chemist Warehouse. I have been buying my medicines from this store from last 7 years as I have my GP at Pacific medical Centre. I compared the price of a medicine today and was shocked that they had charged my almost 3 times to that of Chemist Warehouse. On calling them they responded very rudely. Will never buy from them ever again.

The guy pharmacist is amazing the other ones are horrible I have been coming to this chemist for the last 12 years atleast and the quality of service and staff has deteriorated to the point where if it wasnt near my doctor I wouldn’t even bother going thereyou ring to get things dispensed they say they will do it you turn up and hour or two later they didn’t do it happened on more then one occasion and this instance she goes my helper is not a pharmacist she dosnt know medications I told her the names the medications and I turn up go we are closed I have had nothing but problems since all the staff changed and the stick levels are always shocking

Placed an order online two full weeks ago for something that was clearly showing available on their website (And is still when writing this). Sent them an email a week later to inquire about the order and received absolutely no respond. The order is showing awaiting action" the entire fortnight. Called them today just to be told that their online stock is inaccurate and they are currently out of stock indefinitely. The only reason they still have one star is the person who picked up my call offer me refund right away. Avoid at all cost."

The first online order i placed was with superchem in seaford but i had no issues with them but about a month later when i tried to order the same medication i was told by blacktown superchem i need a prescription which isn’t true since the medication is pharmacist only so they refused to send out my medication and i am still waiting for a refund. avoid this chemist at all costs and just stick to chemist warehouse

I have been waiting for 2 weeks to confirm availability of my order but no communication from this pharmacy. Their phone number is continually engaged. I have sent of an email requesting an update of the status of my order. The Superchem head office could not help me which I found surprising, even when I stated that I had a complaint. The guy pharmacist is all over it! Just saw him help 5 people in less than 5 mins - experienced pharmacist with good people and time management skills, thanks!

My local pharmacies were having stock issues with a certain medication I hadn’t needed for a couple of years. So I placed an online order, I did have to ring to follow up my order but then within a couple of days it arrived and is now working wonders.Thank you SuperChem Blacktown

Its says open till 9 but close at 7:30. Staff was there and shut lights on my face. Didn’t even find it necessary to come and explain.

Chemist will not refund or replace if medicine has some issues with it.They will ask you to call medicine company to get refund.It is also very expensive.Worst customer service for a Pharmacy in terms of refund and replacement.Please use Chemist Warehouse which is just across the other-side of the Blacktown station and open till 9pm on weekdays with excellent customer service and best price.
