If I could rate it any worse I would , ate from there on Saturday night , both my partner and I ended up with food poisoning , we let them know and asked for a partial refund , to which they agreed to us picking up said refund the Monday after as we were still sick ALL Sunday , they agreed and then when we went to pick up the partial refund they blatantly refused , got aggressive with my partner , told her to sue them if we wanted our money that bad , told us we need to now fill in an incident report due to the behaviour of the staff and wait for a response from head office , i will never eat here again , and I strongly suggest if you don’t want to end up hospitalised with food poisoning that you don’t eat here either , extremely disappointing for a company I’ve bought from many times and never had a problem , should’ve known to stick to traditional Italian pizza places , this place is disgusting .

I ordered online and when i go into the store to pick up thats when they start making my pizzas. I have to wait another 20min. Staff are not friendly or polite. I ordered without drizzle and they put the drizzle on. I wouldn't recommend this store so I've take my business elsewhere

Every time I have ordered here they get it wrong went in tonight nothing new got it wrong had to wait for them to remake it then get home it’s still wrong so I make a call won’t reimburse me offer another order but I have to wait an hour and a half or wait to speak to someone tomorrow I should have been given my money back I’m just hoping this time I actually get what I ordered probably not

Made the mistake of ordering from menulog. When our order didn't arrive after 2 hours, we went in store and the guys couldn't have been more helpful. They made our food again so it was fresh and honestly was one of the best pizzas I've had in a LONG time. 10/10

i order from this pizza hut and i had the worst experience of my life wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone i order through menu log and got delivered the wrong order and when i called the place the person on the phone was clueless what to do it was ridiculous he had to pull himself away from the phone several times, he then went on saying we have to wait an hour for our actual order ridiculous really disappointed in this place !
