A great store, good customer service and a fantastic selection. It does vary, between shippings sometimes you may have less to choose from. But when new shipments come this place has the best selection of stores in the area! Rare pieces like Tanzanite and Larimar, and beautiful Quartz, Amethyst and Citrine. Check it out!

If you want to get harassed by their attendants on a Saturday Morning. Hey this is the place to be.Utter rudeness, have spent close to $1k wholesale on this store within the last 6months and visited a few times with my daughter.Being in business over 5 years, I and my daughter have never been so disrespected and rudely treated. Closing my account with them forever.Edit: as the store as responded to my review publicly on Facebook claiming it was a health and safety issue, I will add:My child under my supervision and beside me the entire time. I told my own daughter not to touch the displays before your staff member harassed me several times within a 3-5 minute period; after driving 2 hours to come down and visit the coast wth my daughter, clearly this person has issues and indicates a bad store culture. Shouting out from behind a counter, the most utterly disgusting and disrespectful manner ... and we were the only people in the whole place!! Maybe a little less attitude and come talk to us and see what we were doing treating us like humans would have been nice. Given the small points and natural rocks we we were looking at were just thrown into and stored white plastic storage containers, you can even see their own care factor for their rocks.My daughter has had no issues in the store before. She wasn’t a hazard, she wasn’t running around, she wasn’t kicking or screaming or knocking anything over. She was simply helping me select stones.The competitors are far better accommodating and polite. As I said, in 5 years, my daughter and I have never been treated in such a manner. Also, buyer beware, quite a few of their products are grossly over priced for the quality they are selling, take off the blue tac they put on the points as most of them are actually chipped.Don’t order to deliver, they will send some good products but it’s a risk as they can also chipped and poor quality stuff too (how else do they get rid of it?). With this shop, it is crucial you to in and inspect what you are buying yourself.

Overpriced, might as well shop retail. Nothing has prices and everytime you want to know what something costs its a pain having to go to the counter for every question. Very boring, mostly cut statues.

Amazing range, great products, a bit pricey on some stuff but the quality is great. A sign out the front near the road would be helpful also..I highly recommend going there..

I have been into Earth Crystals at least 4 or 5 times over the past 5 years to look for gemstones for various birthday gifts over the past few years. I have always been impressed with the amount and variety of crystals but always find it extremely frustrating that they don't have prices on their crystals. I have just read some other reviews on here and read the replies so have only just learnt why they don't have prices on their stock. Albeit, every time (except one a few years ago) I have gone up to the counter to enquire about a price or get a gem weighed I have been met with a less than friendly reception from the staff there. I always feel like I am burdening/bothering them by having to ask for prices etc. Yes it is true I am not a wholesaler and I can't afford to buy any of expensive gems .. is that the reason?? But if your store is not for the public why aren't there any 'impossible to miss' signs at the front door saying that public aren't welcome. Because unfortunately that is how I have always felt on every visit. Sorry for the less than fantastic review but I am hoping someone might take this on as constructive criticism at the very least. All it would take is a smile or two from the staff.

Nice and knowledgeable staff, Wholesale prices are decent but not amazing, still amazing variety and always good specials.

Amazing selection and so well explained what each crystal does. They all come in so many different shapes and sizes, you can really find what you connect with.Take an open mind with what your going to spend. I went in not knowing what crystals cost and 'oops' my bank account will be dieting for a week or two. Well worth it though.
