I wish I could give Frank 6 stars!!! He was given a very tough job with carpet that had not been cleaned for a very long time (multiple stains, grime and dirt ground in). Frank is realistic about what can be removed from such dirty carpet and informed us of the difficulties. However, he went above and beyond" and the carpet looked fantastic when Frank finished. I should also add that he is reliable - which is a rare trait these days! Would absolutely recommend!!"

I was amazed by the level of service from ACT Carpet & floors. They helped out cleaning our bedroom carpets which had been soiled by our cat. We were at a loss of how to fix the problem and they came in and helped in a super prompt and professional manner. Would highly recommend anyone to book them!

Was able to drop a rug off on extremely short notice for a cleaning, was returned in fantastic condition with a fast turn around for a great price. Will definitely be returning for any future business and highly reccomend their work.

From the easy online booking process right through to the completed clean, ACT Carpet and Floor Cleaners were absolutely professional. Frank promptly returned my call when I had a question and called to let me know he was running a little early and would it suit me for him to arrive sooner than I’d booked. All stains removed and the house was left clean. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. Great job.

We had an urgent vomit situation involving a mattress and our wool carpet. Mo responded on a Saturday morning and assured me he would be at our place by midday. He kept me in the loop on his arrival time and actually arrived early. He was professional and got the job done quickly. He even addressed a few other problem areas at the same time. The mattress is as good as new as is the carpet! 5 stars! Highly recommend!

We have had Frank come to clean lounge upholstery and carpets a number of times and he is always super professional, friendly and does a fantastic job, even with our light coloured carpets! Recently after an unfortunate puppy accident on the lounge, Frank was quick to respond and was able to fit us in to clean it quickly, despite his busy day which we are very grateful for. Great value for money, and leaves the carpets and upholstery feeling so fresh.
