Communication was excellent, delivery speedy and we have been dry testing the Lenz 6.0 heated socks at home. They work great in ski boots.

Speedy delivery even during busy Christmas period. Colin was very helpful with all my questions on various products both via email and phone. I bought the Lenz 1200 batteries for socks and he happily and promptly exchanged them for the 1800.

Hi All, I would just like to thank Colin and the team for the delivery of a Lenz Heat Vest 2.0. This product has only just been released in Germany and looks to be exactly the solution I was seeking to make my wife more comfortable in the snow. So I contacted Colin and in a short period he had imported it and had it delivered to my home. Well done Colin and team.

This is the second product I've bought from Snow and Hike.I purchased the Lenz 6.0 socks with 1200 batteries and used these in Canada. Great product that worked seamlessly with the Lenz App.The second was the Lenz Mitts with 1800 batteries. These I'm yet to try.Snow and Hike gave me great advice over the phone, answering all the questions I couldn't find online. Prompt delivery and great service from an Australian company!

I purchased Lenz 4.0 heated gloves. The order arrived promptly. Unfortunately one of the batteries was faulty. I contacted Colin by phone who suggested some tips to reset the battery. These were unsuccessful so I contacted Colin again and he suggested returning the battery. I received a replacement battery very promptly.Overall the service was prompt and seamless. I would definitely be a returning customer.

Great service and great products. Bought some heated socks for the better half (and of course got the wrong size). Colin swapped these over for the correct size; no fuss, very quick to rectify and re-post.
