You'd think they way the staff are constantly standing around talking and laughing loudly that the store would be very clean and in order.I guess the manager missed the dead flies and insects all over the window ledges right next to where people sit and eat.Or maybe the manager just didn't do a walk around to check the cleanliness of the store today.Don't blame your staff... Blame yourself.Pics are just wear I sat, as I look around they're all over the store.Nice work.

most girls were sort of chatting whispering to each other and ignoring me standing there waiting, however one of the back boys was extremely great and happy 10/10 for him

Terrible wait times and cold food consistently, even if you're the only customer. Don't stop in on the way to work unless you're prepared to wait 15min for a whopper (which is now advertised on the breakfast menu for whatever reason).

Hard to rate atmosphere as I had delivery. They have been advertising the Baconator deluxe so I gave it a shot. I got it in a meal with onion rings and an Iced Chocolate.The burger was ok I suppose but if you are going to advertise a burger like it's a feast I expect a giant burger, this was not. The double bacon cheeseburger is very similar but I would say better. Onion rings were good and the Iced Chocolate was delicious.All in all I won't order it again, not because I didn't like it just because the double bacon cheeseburger is a better burger. And on another positive, Hungry Jacks have put their big boy pants on today - They got my order right. A straw would have been good but they are getting better.

It took 3 minutes for me to drive home after being served at 7pm.I unwrapped my junior whopper from its thin flimsy cardboard wrapping.The bun was cold. The meat was cold. The salad flat and unappetising. But i was hungry so ate it and the barely warm small chips.I awoke at 3am with indigestion. I did not sleep well thereafter.A cup of my own hot coffee 5 hours later seemed to settle my digestive problems.Im in no rush to repeat my experience.I think I'll stick to homecooked food.

Free seniors coffee was awful this morning. Even though it was small, I had to have a sugar in it & wished I'd asked for 2 sugars. I like strong coffee but it was very bitter. Only managed to drink half. I wonder why they would discourage customers from coming back? I won't be having HJ coffee again.

Restaurant mainly outside was absolutely filthy. Food on floor, tables not wiped, play equipment visibly dirty and all the bins inside and out were overflowing. I was actually worried about eating the food as was then worried about how hygienic the food prep/kitchen was. Very disappointed and disturbing. Unfortunately didn’t take photos.

Rude staff especially manager on duty, unprofessional, staff laughing and joking all while ignoring food delivery drivers waiting. Late night, store not busy, manager on duty requested that a staff member go and see what “them people” want in a very condescending voice. Turns out one delivery guy had been waiting for 30minutes but unfortunately he was hesitant to speak out. Very rude that staff continue to treat delivery drivers like this.
