Overall, we had good experience with Jamie. He was very responsive, punctual, put an extra mile with the project and was finished on time if not sooner than expected. The finishes and workmanship look good so far, so I would recommend to go with them. He was also very knowledgeable recommending good options for features and fixtures.On the negative side, there were some limitations with the tiling where very basic tiles needed to be used, no mosaic or feature walls could be done and the grout colour was also out of our preference. Electricians also needed to visit the project after plumbers to make sure everything was in compliance and fixtures were installed where they needed to be to avoid extra expenses/location changes.In general, I would recommend to be very detailed (layout, materials, inclusions, etc) before starting the project to avoid any issues. Other than we were happy with the job.

Jamie and his team did a beautiful job in our little bathroom. Customer service was amazing - Jamie kept us updated with the progress advising what was going to happen each day. If something wasn’t going to work, he’d ask us if it was alright to do something else. It’s nice knowing that there’s still people out there that won’t charge a arm and a leg. I can not thank Jamie enough for showing me that passionate & quality tradesmen still exist.After finding out that the previous builder thought it was a great idea to not waterproof our bathrooms or cement sheet the floors resulting in complete bathroom failure, we wanted to be sure the rebuild was done right (unfortunately we were the second owner & purchased it at 1 year after build completion).Jamie has great reviews & that was the starting point in selection but he also visited our home on 3 occasions before the build to rest assure us he would not let us down. He definitely didn’t. He helped us with the design recommendations ensuring the original layout stayed as close as possible with some enhancements.During the build he knocked on my door every morning at the 7.30am start time, told me the plan for the day & what other trades would be attending. He worked in with all the trades to ensure all work was of the highest standard, however most of the trades have been working with him for years & know the standard of work he expects. All the trades even clean up with no mess lying around at the end of the day.The end result was exactly what we wanted & I will be recommending Jamie to any of my friends.I’m planning to add some photos showing before & after for anyone who may be interested, light brown tiles is before when we purchased the house at 1 year old & charcoal is the after as the layout is the same.
