Driver was 12 minutes late from agreed booking time. On arrival, the driver made no attempts to call my listed mobile number and tried to drive off saying I could not be found. Resulted in an easily-avoidable stressful check-in at airport to make flight boarding.Otherwise, booking process via phone was done smoothly with no issues and the driver was professional and safe on the road

Booked a taxi night before morning pick up to the airport. Taxi came 15 mins late. Taxi driver was apparently only booked by the operator about 10 mins prior to coming to fetch us - about as long as I’ve been on the phone trying to reach them. Disappointing since I’ve been using this local business for airport pick ups and drop offs over other providers for years. No wonder people look to Uber. All credit to the Taxi driver though, he was excellent. It’s the dispatch that could improve!

Ordered two taxis on one day, the first taxi in the morning was booked in advance on the app and arrived approximately 25mins late. And that was after the original taxi cancelled after sitting in the same spot for 15 mins. Then that night we ordered a taxi to take us home and it said it arrived however on the app it showed the driver who had accepted us driving in the opposite direction. We waited for 10mins before calling and asking what was going on only to be told that it had arrived. Then they blamed the app. Absolutely disgusted at the service. Will not be using again

Driver don't care about the customer. Using mobile and texting while waiting in airport queue. Had to knock the window to take him off the phone and open the booth to load the bags. Didn't came out to help out. On reaching the destination he did same. Didn't cam out to help out. I would give zero rating for that ride. No customer service at all.

So, if you like speaking to a tired, rude old lady dispatcher this is the taxi company for you.This is the slowest season of the year and Taxi was nowhere to be found. Had to call another taxi company who showed up in 1 minute.Overall, I’m ditching taxi’s altogether and going back to Uber where your can see when your ride is on it’s way, and where they are at. Don’t actually know why I haven’t been using Uber anyway.taxis are outdated and for old people.

A wonderful and efficient transport service between Palmerston and the Darwin Airport. Hari the driver was very friendly, and helpful with my luggage. And Darwin Taxi Sevices was $43 cheaper than Uber.

Honestly, i don't know how many bad review and complaints this company needs before they do something. I pre-booked before and the driver should up 15-20 minutes late. The staff on the switch take bookings even when they don't have enough taxis for everyone. For a booking I made to arrive asap the taxi wasn't scheduled to come for 30 minutes. In a city were most suburbs are only 15-20 minutes away this is unreasonable. Management should train switchboard staff not to take bookings if the cars are at capacity or at the very least tell the customer there will be a significant wait

Booked a taxi for my SICK grandmother to go back to the hospital 5pm, went on a back and forth with the taxi company after they kept HANGING UP THE PHONE ON ME. Has been 2 hours with no proper execution from this joke of a taxi company. If anything happens to my grandmother because she couldn’t take her medicine we will be taking legal action against this absolutely ridiculous company that deserves to go bankrupt
