I'll attempt to upload a photo to illustrate just what a ridiculous job was done on my hair.I'm a man with long hair and just wanted a trim. I asked for the baby hairs on the side to by tidied and to tidy up the hair on my neck". I mean look what she did! It's laughable. She gave me a buzz cut an inch into my hairline!! what hairdresser in the world would do that?!?I'm not vain but I'm pretty gutted. It took me a year to grow all of my hair long enough to tie up and I feel like she's ruined it.So definitely would not recommend

Ellen is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the only reason why we go there, her customer service is exceptional.

I can't remember the name of the lady that did my hair, she has awesome short purple hair though.She provided wonderful customer service, a style cut that sits perfectly and a product that helps me cover a very thin spot of hair, which beinf a woman is very embarrassing to talk about but she made me feel really comfortable. I can't say enough good things about her service, I will definitely be going to her again :)

Called into Just Cuts without an appointment inside Stockland Mall on Thursday 01/04/21 & I'm asked to return in 10-15 mins. I sat outside the salon & have to say Kumi who cut my hair was very professional & actually listened to what I wanted, a decent haircut without being rushed. very pleased with the result & look.Paid AUD $35.00 & will defiantly return.Re-visited Just cuts on 09/09/22 & received a great haircut from stylist Kumi & paid in total AUD $46.00 for the cut & shampoo.Pics of the before look & the after look.

Always get my haircut to how I want it. Staff are the friendliest and most pleasant people to interact with. I keep going back...again and again.

Firstly keep in mind theres usually a fair wait, but its easy to leave your name with them and come back they even send you a message when they're almost ready. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. They were exceptionally great with my 2 year old son. Very patient and accommodating with him. Thanks!

Got my hair cut here about a year ago and it was so uneven it isn’t funny. I emailed the company with no response and had to get it fix at another salon. Fast forward to now and my hairs still recovering with some different weird layers that are slowly being fixed. Men’s cut are good but women’s hair cuts don’t even

Really disappointed, my husband and I went in today at 3:45pm for a cut. The sign out front of the shop displayed happy hour pricing between 3 and 5pm $27 instead of $32. I only got the shaved section redone and usually pay $25 at other just cuts. The stylist used blunt clippers and was very rough, my husband experienced the same blunt clippers and the rest of his cut was uneven and looks terrible. She then proceeded to charge me $64 for both of our cuts and when I questioned the sigh out front with the reduce price she told me they only honoured it if they weren't busy. It was a horrible cut with disgusting service if I could give them 0 stars I would.
