Just saw (1032 on 19May20) the No 5 Bus (Bus 120) at a northbound bus stop at the lights opposite Beacon Lighting refuse to let a person on board, even though the bus was hemmed in by a line of traffic and the person was calling and signalling to the driver. Very poor show indeed - the fact that the person was of Indian appearance made the incident even more unfortunate.

I have been taking Christian Bus for a long time. I met a driver who stopped constantly to eat and talk over the phone. This wasted a lot of my time, waiting for him to finish eating and talking. There’s once when I was waiting for the bus 50 to Epsom, the driver just drove past my stop without even stopping (I stood somewhere that’s visible to the driver), as there’s only ONE BUS PER HOUR! He didn’t even stop at the next stop to let me get on. He just drove straight. I was left dumbfounded. Please train some of your drivers well. Thank you.

I caught the 10:02 bus route 53 to Bendigo station. (Bus 116) today I had my favourite bus driver, one of the friendliest and kindest drivers I’ve met. I was greeted with a good morning and a hello. This is enough to brighten up my day for the whole day.This is what sets country bus services apart from the big ones in Melbourne.Hope to have her as my bus driver once again soon.
