Volvo Cars Waverley

I would like to provide feedback regarding a Waverley Volvo and in particular to one of their salesmen by the name of Jason DeAngelis.I went to Waverley Volvo recently to have a look at a Volvo XC40 for my wife to replace an XC60 that she has.I have had dealings with a number of Volvo car dealers at various outlets over the years.I like their cars but their customer service and their negotiations can on occasionsbe lacking.My recent experience at Waverley Volvo was pleasant and my dealings with Jason was excellent.Jason is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.It was a pleasure dealing with him.Unfortunately due to personal circumstances we didn’t go ahead with the purchase of a vehicle, as such I can’t comment on Waverley Volvos negotiations but I can comment on Jason.I have no hesitation recommending Waverley Volvo and recommending Jason DeAngelis as a sales consultant.

Great service and professionalism from Stuart Service manager. Waverley Volvo provide the service of a true Volvo Brand. I've been to other Volvo service centre and its far backwards. Definitely a 5 star for Waverley service team....

It was wonderful to see the Service Manager , Stuart at Volvo Cars Waverley!I booked my car in and was so very pleasantly surprised to hear his voice on the dealership’s end of the phone. He has looked after me and my three Volvos over the last 11 years . All the services and repairs have gone smoothly thanks to Stuart. He is very friendly to deal with and at the same time very efficient and had me trying out the next Volvo I have my eye on as a loan car for the day .He has a fantastic knack in looking after the customer & the car. He has saved me a lot of time , money and stress in keeping my beautiful cars on the road.What a win finding him at my local dealership of choice.I had the opportunity of inspecting a few new models there yesterday there is a great friendly vibe to the place !Thanks for the great experience!

I can’t not recommend Volvo Waverley service department highly enough! Service Manager Stuart has been a star ! Although I didn’t purchase my car at Volvo Waverley, I have been treated as a valued customer! Stuart has been kind, knowledgeable, approachable and professional. Their service has been fantastic!

Amazing experience. The entire team is very nice and helpful. Especially a huge thanks to Jason for wonderful support for buying our XC90. Loving the car. I will surely recommend to my friends and Family who would like to grab one. I would like to thank Sam also for sorting out the paper work quickly.

My car is less than a week old, I am now considering selling it - it does not have the features as promised. Despite emailing, sms and calling no one has bothered to respond. I have reached out to Volvo Australia and apparently nothing they can do as it's a sales issue. So bitterly disappointed, I am hoping by writing this review I may get some type of response. Though I am not holding my breath, seems every time I speak to another dealer I start to hear the lies that have been told to me to get the deal done.Anyone want to buy a 6 day old car!!!

Purchased a Volvo XC40 from the team and Waverley Volvo who have been helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Kevin, Frank and Sam were helpful and extremely responsive to all our questions and went out of their way to show us the features on the car and keep us updated on progress. We were also happy to have no delays in our car purchase, especially as we had to visit a few different dealerships of various brands as we were on a tight timeline. It arrived when they said it would, with all the correct features installed. They were also not pushy and were kind of which we appreciated.
