They have very helpful staff members, good management, and are always apt to assist tenants with every inquiry and maintenance request. The Principal herself Wendy Thornberry is one of the best business directors to have around. And Jess Jorgensen has been a laudable property manager that I have had. I have rented from ERE Emerald for 5 years and will recommend their accountability and transparency everywhere.KUDOS for the good job ERE!!

Excellent experience as a tenant..no hesitation using this agent to manage future rental properties

I rented with this real estate for 2 years.Wendy fought with me and spoke to me like a POS trying to state I was ripping the government off because my partners name wasn’t in the rent certificate I had to provide Centrelink at the time- it did state “doesn’t live with anyone except partner and children”Upon exiting they had tried to pin pre exisiting damage on us. We had paid for every little bit of damage we had done over the 2 years and had proof of the pre exisiting damage. Not only that, things were not fixed in a timely manner (10 months for a dishwasher and 7 months for a clothesline). Rent went missing multiple times.They tried to tell me I was responsible for rent AFTER my lease ended until things were fixed that had already been paid for from my bond.She (Wendy) also does not dress or speak to anyone professionally.Have the RTA on speed dial. You will definitely need them.

Appalling service. So bad I can't begin to find the patience to describe in detail.Edit in response to owner's response: What's the relevance? Whether the property I'm living in is being rented under my name, my wife's name, an employer's name or even a Hollywood movie star's name, you and your company have been part-managing the property since we moved in, and I have experienced YOUR 'service'!

Highly recommend. After horrid experiences with a different real estate in town, So glad we made the switch to elders. Kylie has been amazing through the whole process! From first enquires right through till now. So helpful with getting us into a property. And even still now, always get a response same day whenever we contact them. Thanks team (and special thanks to Kylie) you’ve restored our faith in real estates!

Save yourself the time and hassle and choose another real estate or have the RTA on speed dial (we certainly did)!Overall they were not communicating our concerns to the owner. We were belittled, treated rudely, unprofessionally and disregarded by the director Wendy for maintenance work that was genuinely affecting our safety and in breach of several sections of the act.We feel terrible for the owner who had their property managed so poorly and we were thankful the owner chose to change property managers.Please if you rent through elders know your rights, speak to the RTA and stand up to Wendy she is a bully and there is no excuse for her behaviour!

Abhorrent management. The only response to maintenance issues is an attempt at bullying into putting up with the issue or fixing yourself.We put up with long standing maintenance issues the entirety of our tenancy.At the end of tenancy the house was put on the market. The principle tried various methods to claim not only our bond, but rent beyond our tenancy agreement. My belief is that this was to buy time and funds in order to remedy the issues caused by Elders absolutely disgraceful management of the property.The principle claimed and still claims we owe rent, we paid the entirety of the 6 month lease upfront. No doubt, said principle will claim damages in order to shame me and my comments... we have photos, photos taken by the principles representative of both the take over date and the date we left. We also have our own photographic evidence.The principle is such a shameful, poor and unethical business person that they will try to employ stand over tactics, unabashed bullying and quite frankly rude behaviour in order to glean a measley few hundred bucks from you.Tread with caution, this snake attacks unprovoked.

Wendy managed our rental for over 7 years and then recently sold the property. She was up front and honest with us at all times. Her team managed any minor wear and tear maintenance issues quickly. The day we sold, the house was in a similar condition to when we had moved out 7 years ago.
