I have been there few times and I am impressed with friendly and professional service..I highly recommend this service centre.I had another breakdown and Wagga motors were prompt looking at my car even though they were busy..I was booked in for 01/05/2023 but I had my car back before that..mechanic very friendly with feed back over phone..I highly recommend this business

Long time customer .No complaints . Always notified if they find an issue during a service ,advised of added cost and ask for permission before they proceed with the job.

Very disappointed in the service given. Was told it would cost $650 to get my Holden ute running told them I'd used a scan tool to determine what it needed they had vehicle for almost 2months I supplied a new battery for vehicle in this time as was told it was on way out then had phone call to come speak to workshop manager and was told they couldn't fix the issue, was still told I had to pay $650 or couldn't take vehicle ( they didn't do the job needed) I was angry and they put it on afterpay.. I later 1week after I spoke with fair work went back to them and asked for a detailed print of what work was done and I never received it, I also noticed the battery I'd dropped off to be fitted wasn't in vehicle, no one knew where it was it took them 2hours to find battery and battery was in manager's office and now I'm still having to pay for the work done when nothing was done... everything they say about there customer service is a joke they really go against there values on there website... I don't recommend going there

Great service and they had an obscure part in stock so that was a pleasant surprise.

Need to look after out of town customers, There is only so much shopping you can do without a car. To waite 5hrs for a service, and to be told they are busy, well dont book in so many jobs. And to be called twice while waiting, in your longe area.Not one employee asked me who i was, Hope i don't have to deal with Wagga Motors again. Offer you the world when you purchase a car from them.

Do not take your Renault here. They refused to offer me basic follow-up advice in a very stressful situation with an expensive coolant repair, saying that they no longer have a Renault mechanic (he left the day I picked up my car) and they just wiped their hands and had no consideration of the impact.

Modern facilities, competent mechanics, friendly service staff

Had a breakdown on our mux. Very friendly team. Went out of their way to help us. Cannot thank them enough.

Counter service was great but because I have a ford Territory this is the second time I've had to have a follow up service at Hillis Because you don't have the equipment to do some things. This makes it extra expensive
