I’m thoroughly enjoying going to AF. The equipment is clean and well maintained. Great ambiance and the staff are so friendly and supportive. Highly recommended.

I think its a great place to stay.... I went there when I visited the hunter region and everything was clean, equipment is well maintained and not too busy over that weekend. I really enjoyed working out...maybe a few more screen around to add extra energy to the place. I think this is a good role model gym in regards to size and fitout. Great work guys. Vending machines were full and there was locally picked fruit!!

recently got charged $77.78 for the month so $19.45 for the weekafter a price rise to $17.95 a week a real slap after over 10 years of member ship.now i have them email me for a 30 day cancellation fee.

Beautifully done up! Absolutely gorgeous interior! Modern, clean design! The beauty station is to die for also! Friendly staff, I wish I lived in Cessnock so that this could be my local gym!!

Love the refurb! Workout here maybe once or twice a year from interstate when visiting the in-laws. Really great layout now. Plenty of stations, equipment and machines. Awesome!
