helpful, friendly staff. great deals around xmas time. Some games are fairly overpriced compared to JBHIFI or other game retailers, but the 2ndhand second is great if youre looking for a bargain

If I could rate 0 starts I would. I looked up online for a 3ds and saw this store had it in stock. Wanted to proceed with the payment online but had trouble doing so. Mind you I live at least 6 hours away by train from this place. Called them to ask for help. That’s exactly what I didn’t get. Help. All I got was an attitude of “unfortunately this unfortunately that, can’t do home deliveries etc” I was willing to pay for postage too but nothing. They couldn’t even send pictures so I can see the product. Couple days later my boyfriend managed to pay for it through a helpful eb game store in his area and they processed it to be sent to his home for free. Hours later he receives a notification that the order has been cancelled because Warrnambool store declined it. Maybe coz the product is faulty ? I will never know. Why advertise something you are not willing to sell ?? I noticed now it’s updated as being out of stock. I’m happy I inspired change :)

The staff are always great in here. And great variety of stuff.

Requested express post on one order, to have 3/6 games arrive 3 days later, and...Only to find out, that not all of the games ordered were covered by express post and having to wait over a week for 1/6 games...And still waiting for 2/6 games I ordered and paid for, on the one bill!

I cannot overstate how good the staff are here. Paul, the store manager, went absolutely above and beyond to help me when there were complications with my PlayStation 5 pre-order. Any other store in the city would have said tough luck mate" and sent me on my way

Paul helped me through dark times and is always willing to answer any queries like “like how did the gaming chair fit in the box?” Bloody legend.

Staff are kind and friendly, Very knowledgeable with what they talk about, very helpful too. There is a wide range of Videogames and Consoles, They even have Boardgames, trading cards and figurines, Anything to suite your gaming needs and wants, 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking for new games, and just anything to do with gaming, you can even trade in your country old games!

I have bought plenty from here through the years. It's not like I'm in there weekly or even fortnightly on average, but they always seem to remember me, which always feels good when I walk in. Can't fault the place really.
