Amazing artisanal cheese. Both cow's and goat's milk provide the raw ingredients for both soft and hard cheeses. Every type is a delicious wonder. Real food at its best.Can be obtained from the Lismore Street Market on Thursday evenings.

Nimbin Valley Dairy has some of the best, if not the best, assortment of cheeses in the Northern Rivers. I visit their market stall every Sunday in Ballina and always enjoy trying their products. What is so great is their large assortment of specifically goat cheese and milk products. My favourites are the Lilian Feta, thee Goat Kefir, and of course their lightly salted Cultured Butter!
