I think it’s sad to say I get so anxious whenever I have to pick up my prescriptions. No chemist or pharmacist should ever make you feel so scared to come in and get the medication you need.

Awful customer service from one of the staff behind the chemist desk today at 1.30pmish. Staff member was condescending when i was querying a price; repeatedly tapping her nail on the medication box and talking to me like i was a child while telling me the wrong price of $18 for the 2 boxes, not the concession pbs price for the 2 boxes = $9.80.

Great Chemist. They're quick, easy to deal with, and have a great selection of items to choose from. The staff is also knowledgeable and polite. I knocked one star off only because sometimes they get behind a little at the checkouts.
