So far so good. Popped in last week to book a service. Today popped in for said service. Half a day later, advised of service completion, collected serviced bicycle shortly after. Bike looks great, the whole process was quick and easy and I haven't any complaints. If anything changes I'll update the review, but I hope this store sticks around.2 weeks later: either I'm fitter or this service has made a massive difference for me. Kudos!

The most unwilling and unhelpful shop I have ever come across. The workshop staff were not helpful and shut down all approaches when a solution was offered to have a scooter repaired. What's concerning is the same company but in O'Connor were willing to perform the service, so unsure why Success branch would be so abrupt.Update:I have emailed the email provided, with no response after a week. So my belief is the response provided below is part of there reputation damage management plan to minimise any negative comments by publicly responding, indicating they are being proactive in trying to amend any constructive criticism. However this has not been the case with no response, yet I see they have responded to another review since I sent my email.Not worth having a pretty face

My son bike was 2 months old, and the back wheel needed attention. Wonderful service provided by Adam when I arrived. Did not make an appointment but was attended to immediately. Very happy customer

Excellent experience. as is usual with 99 bikes it seems.. my first experience in Perth and it follows the great service I received in Adelaide. Professional and efficient.

Was looking to upgrade to a full suspension mountain bike, and 99 bikes had many to choose from. James talked me through my options in a very friendly, informative and professional manner, and I have ended up with a bike I couldn't be happier with.
