we had engaged the services of propolish last year for our pool surrounds. However we were let down by this business, as they pulled out of doing our job, only two weeks before it was due to be done. the excuse was that our job no longer fit into their schedule. while there had been weather delays it was only after keeping us on the hook for couple months, and then at the final moment they pulled out.had they been upfront with their time constraint to begin with, we would have had other options. it was very disappointing and extremely unprofessional.
