Optus Mornington

Very helpful staff. The young man that helped myself and my sister was such a helpful pleasant person.

Visited Optus Mornington with a bit of a problem this morning concerning my mobile internet and dealt with George. He was excellent and solved my problem and I walked out of the store eventually completely satisfied. I would highly recommend George at Optus Mornington. He was very polite and friendly and most importantly solved all my concerns.

Picked up my new iPhone 11 last night at 4.45pm ( almost closing time) the service I received was nothing short of amazing, Liam took his time to explain everything even though it had gone past his closing time. I arrived home to set up my new phone when Liam arrived at my front door to give me my new sim which I had left behind ... that is well above and beyond customer service. I have been a Telstra customer for many many years ... not anymore.George ( The Manager) contacted me this morning to confirm all was OK .... guys you are all a credit to Optus and customer service in general , many thanks

what is the point calling a mornington store number when you get through to India.

Thank you Jake for helping me with my pre order issues a few days ago! The customer service I received online and in another store was certainly sub par. I was frustrated that I couldn’t get any answers. But the whole time I was in this store Everyone was very helpful to myself and other customers. I ended up leaving happy, on a new contract and with a device in hand! It was pretty busy though (around 2pm) so I would recommend going in off peak times as it’s a small shop :)

Best customer service I've ever received. All the staff listened to my needs and were extremely helpful with an issue I had.

I visited this store 3 times today, trying to pay a bill. One staff member came out, looked around, did not engage in eye contact, then returned to the back of the store and closed the door. Next time, the manager, George, who was within 1 metre of me, did not have the good manners to acknowledge my presence and say Sorry to keep you waiting" or "Will be with you soon" or make any other comment. Do not just ignore customers! This is not the first time that I have experienced poor customer service in this store. Staff are not trained in the niceties of business. I suppose it's difficult for the manager to train the staff when he has no manners himself. I walked out. Optus can wait for its money!!!"

I was lucky enough to have Nic help me out organising my phone plan and switching over to a brand-new phone, I couldn’t be more grateful for his patience in helping me understand all things technology he was kind and very talented at what he does thank you so much everyone at Optus

I called in yesterday and was amazed at how helpful and friendly all the team were. George you were brilliant at doing in 5 minutes what Three Telstra shops, 2 hours on a phone to Manila, several emails and print outs couldn’t achieve in 2 weeks. Just fantastic service, please keep up your energy and great customer service.
