Robin looked after my Aunty who had hearing issues since she was a young child. SHe never admitted she needed hearin assistance. Luckily my aunt was visiting us from overseas and Robin had an appointment available (recommended by a friend) to see her. Although there was a language barrier my Aunty felt very comfortable and looked after by Robin. In the end Robin fitted my aunt with a modern hearing aide that was almost invisible and my Aunty walked away being able to hear simple things like click of a mouse, and tweeting of the birds. She was so happy with Robin's delicate treatment of a condition she's learnt to live with for more than 40 years. Robin is indeed a caring, empathetic professional who really knows his clients and his products. Even though she lives in another country my aunt intends to visit Robin for all her hearing needs!

Recently took my mother to Robin to have her hearing checked and to find out why after many years of having hearing aids, she was still having trouble managing her hearing loss. Cannot praise Robin enough, he was able to assess her needs, pinpoint the problem and recommend a plan for her. She now has hearing aids that work beautifully and for the first time in many years is able to enjoy conversations with friends and family.Robin is a caring professional and Stay Tuned Hearing is highly recommended.
