After having some mis communication, I am so pleased with the absolute outstanding service. I recieved a phone call and text immediately with sincere apologies and I recieved the most spellbinding bouquet that I have ever seen on Mothers day. These flowers mean so much for my daughters to give me on mother's day, we appreciate them so much. I couldn't speak highly enough of the service I recieved and I would recommend everyone to use mountain love! X

We just moved to the area (Tamborine Mountain) and my dear old mum sent us some flowers from these guys as a house warming present. Turns out they came from just down the road. They look great on the table on our new deck. Thanks, guys!Also, my sister in Perth sent the better half a bouquet of tulips for her birthday the other day, and they are absolute stunners!

I recently ordered some flowers for my mother's birthday from Mountain Love. As I live in the UK, I did everything online. The website was simple but easy to use, with plenty of options for customisation. I received a quick and friendly response to an email enquiry and they delivered on a Sunday. The flowers were beautifully arranged and super fresh. My mum was delighted. Will definitely use again.

Very poor service , ordered flowers that was to arrive at my best friend’s new house .I was told would be delivered at 4-5pm , that day, they were never delivered - no phonecall from florist .Next day , I had to ring and chase delivery - she said they would be delivered that day .Once again - never received , but a phone call to say they won’t be delivered.I cancelled next delivery .Why own a business if you cannot achieve the commitments of what the customer has ordered.A big thumbs down.
