I was referred to Upper Limbs & Things by my GP. I attended my first appointment on the 1st of December hoping to get some assistance with ongoing pain I'd been having. I walked out of the appointment feeling a bit disappointed but tried to think the best of the situation as I was advised they would conduct a follow up call in a couple of weeks to see how the exercises worked and go from there. 5 weeks passed and I got a text message checking in, I responded to the message advised the exercises did not help.... no response back. Overall not worth the $180. I've now gone to a physiotherapist who has exceeded my expectations and most of all already reduce some of the pain in just one session.

I attended Upper Limbs & Things for carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists. My therapist was able to provide me with detailed explanations and multiple options to help me reduce the symptoms I was experiencing. I was very happy with the level of support and the friendly service. Thanks guys!

Made me a custom splint to recover from a fractured wrist that was not healing in a standard cast.Staff are amazing and I will be going back for physio to regain full use of my hand.
