The products we received were acceptable - the service was a disgrace. When one of my team called regarding an issue with the courier that was sent, the owner of this business began to hurl abuse. Claimed the courier wanting to meet on the highway rather than deliver to our address (a service which we paid for) was fine and we were being difficult for wanting the large items delivered to our easy to access address. Another team member later called to apologise for the abuse, but did not any solution to the delivery problems. Would not use these guys again.
