Palm Beach
Best for day hiking, dry picnic to barranjoey light house. It's a good spot for whale, dolphins watching if you are lucky. Different species of birds can be seen. Night sky is more beautiful if you want.

Wonderful place to visit on north of sydney. Never fails to amuse this beach, the area and even if u looking for little hike to berrenjoey light house. Views are amazing. Local shops and cafes are busy mostly. The beach iteself is never overly crowded.

Great place to visit, especially if your a home and away fan, if your lucky to get to see filming, you will have a great time but even if there is no filming it’s still a lovely place, the walk up to the lighthouse is a great walk with amazing views.

Nice scenery and nature, great for walking along the beach or hiking up to the lighthouse. Parking is hard to find due to the popularity of the area.

Beautiful nice clean beach. Perfect for surfing. There are few benches and open tables, easily accessible showers outside. Clean toilets with shower rooms and open showers in ladies and men toilets. The parking is 12 P ticket but you may be able to find free parking in the streets up and walk down to the beach. There is a clean rockpool at one end. The rescue and lifeguards were on duty and alert all the time.

This was my favourite place near Sydney the beaches are beautiful and park facilities the best I have seen. We got to see home and away being filmed which was a nice bonus.

So beautiful, I must say.Went during the day and ended up staying till late evening.The sunset view is a must watch and the walk up to the light house is worth the walk.
