Menai Carpets installed our floorboards and carpet. They are lovely to deal with, professional, personable, patient and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Also worth noting is that their prices were more than competitive with other suppliers for the exact same brand and spec product. Attached are some before and after pics. We are very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend Jamie, Darcy, Drew and Brooke.

Menai Carpets raised the floor of our bedroom 55mm to the height of our ensuite enabling him to move freely between the rooms. They also installed barn doors and laid new carpet. The work was completed in one week and we are delighted with the outcome. We would highly recommend Menai Carpets.

We have been waiting over 2 months for them to complete a job for us at Sylvania. The work is not what was asked for and we can’t get them to return to complete it or rectify defects. They have been paid and are now rude and ignorant when we talk with them, we specified no join’s on the risers? And we have massive gaps. We are now taking them to the department of Fair Trading, go with a larger company that will talk to you and repair faulty work guys.

I went to Menai Carpets to try to match 23 year old carpet to redo the stairs that were worn and needed replacing. Jamie was very knowledgeable and was able to match it - yes I was happy. From that moment on I could not fault the service. The carpet has been installed the match is great and the job is perfect thanks to the installer Adam. If you want a company with old fashioned service that cares about the customer then this is it. I was informed at each step when carpet arrived at warehouse when carpet would be installed and when installer would do the job. Very happy customer.
