I have nothing but praise for a job well done. From the quote to the removal of the tree stump, it all went so smoothly. The guys from Woodstock removed a tree from an awkward area in my backyard. They were friendly, efficient and cleaned all the debris from paths and driveway at the end of the job. I was very happy with the price and the outcome. Thank you Joe and Leith, highly recommend.

About 6 weeks ago the property where I own a unit had to have a few tree stumps removed. They were reasonably small. Body corporate decided to go with Taylors. The stumps were removed, but that was only the beginning of the ongoing battle. The issue was, that the stumps were located in the garden beds, surrounded with concrete borders. In order to get the machinery to the stumps, Taylors have pulled those borders out and broke a couple in the process, but not too badly. And that where the saga begins. Following the removal of the stumps, those concrete blocks were left lying around the property helter-skelter, as if some giant was playing caber-tossing. Also they did not remove one of the stumps at the back, which was a part of the original quote. After a few calls to the office, we finally managed to get to one of the managers. Eventually he made his way to our property and then announced that the remaining stump is impossible to remove as it is too close to surrounding structures (why then was it quoted in the first place? who do they send out for quotes? first-graders?) and the concrete borders will be put back into place soon".When someone eventually came to fix the borders

Don't get Taylors Trees if your job has any site access issues. Just organised a quote and waited over an hour for them to turn up and within 5 mins i was told 'they didn't want to know anything about it'....when asked what we should so, the reply was 'try Ace tree services'. Very unhelpful and we will not be using Taylors for any future contract work at my house or for business. Not helpful.

We had an enormous Gum tree on our property which was no more than 2 metres from our neighbours house and our shed. Joe was an absolute gun and did not damage anything. A real professional and a great guy. Would highly recommend Woodstock.

Prompt response, free quote, good correspondence, work was completed neatly and invoiced via PDF and email. We didn't even have to be home (the tree was in our front yard). It took a while to book them in, but that was because they were fully booked - good sign. Happy customer.
