Electrodry Carpet Dry Cleaning Raymond Terrace

It's been a week since we had our carpet's cleaned and they came up really well. Some people have very high expectations about getting their carpets done and really need to be a little more realistic as they're not miracle worker's. Our daughter's bedroom carpet was really bad (teenagers with makeup) and even before they had arrived I wasn't expecting anything miraculous as it was really bad. After the carpets were done I thought they didn't look any different BUT within 24 hours of them being fully dried I was surprised at the difference. Yes there are still stains the carpet is years old and you have to be realistic about it. I'm impressed and the guy who did ours was the happiest bloke honestly whistling away and humming and so friendly and he didn't even leave a drop of water on the floor in the bathroom where he needed to access the water. 5 star's for Electrodry BUT 10 star's to the young man who actually used my name and was just a pleasure to listen to while he was working.

The booking experience was very helpful, clear, concise, professional and made for the time best suited to me.The service person was most professional. Called to confirm time of arrival. Raj did a superb job with our lounge upholstery and carpets. Our lounge literally came up as new. He was very professional in undertaking our requirements. Highly recommended and would definitely use Electrodry again.

We needed our new lounge suite scotchguarded, the lady we dealt with was knowledgeable and didn't have to wait too long for a time to be booked in. They did have a cancellation and offered it to us but unfortunately we couldn't take that time slot as we were busy. The guy (sorry, can't remember his name) turned up on time, was friendly, explained the process, and did the job quickly and efficiently. All in all great customer service - highly recommend.
