Today, I turned up for my 1 hour pregnancy massage who I booked in with Lee. After reading the amazing feedback from all Lees clients I was incredibly excited to receive a massage that I had been waiting for, for such a long time. I turned up to my appointment and was met with one of Lee’s employees who had firstly explained to me that she wasn’t going to be able to have lunch today because she’s been that flat off her feet. I asked if she wanted me to come back in 10 minutes just so she could eat something and explained that she didn’t even have time for that. So as I sit down to fill out my paper work I realise the type of music that was playing in the store and hoped that I didn’t have to hear it throughout my massage. I might as well have been in the middle of any retail store in a shopping centre. Nothing relaxing or calm, it sounded like the Australian top 50. The female who proceeded to do my massage spoke to me 80% of the time about her personal life, extended friends and family and past personal experiences. From working in customer service for well over 5 years I found what I was being told completely unprofessional and did not find myself relaxed at any point throughout my whole massage. The music was still loud and not relaxing and the lighting was awful. It was then bought to my attention that the owner had arrived to help with other clientele as they were run off their feet. Both workers continued to have multiple conversations back and forth between the door as I was receiving my massage. The owner herself made a unnecessary and unprofessional comment about a client that was running late in regards to her age. That was then the line drawn out for me.I left the appointment feeling uncomfortable and so disappointed in the service I had received. I’m not usually one to write a complaint about bad customer service. However, for something I see as a luxury and didn’t experience it for what it should be I think it should be bought to the businesses attention.

The back massage was great but for some reason the owner doesn't like giving reciepts. It took a week and three requests from me to get a reciept for my first massage. After my second massage I politely requested a reciept via a text message to the owner......then again 3 days later.....then again 4 days later where I politely told her that she wasn't leaving me with a very good impression of her business. She then called me and after I reminded her of all my prevoius requests for receipts she accused me of being demanding, told me that I could take my business elsewhere and hung up on me. 20 days later I'm still waiting for my second reciept.
