Had an account with this useless company.in order to close my account had to return Argon bottle.On the day i went to this place to return bottle, asked one of the stuff if i can get assistance to get bottle out my car because, i had an injured knee,He simply said we are not meant to,Surely they can help me get it out and give some assistants.At the end one of the stuff came and helped.But honestly this place needs to be looked at by thier head office.Customer service is 0

Do not hire or return your bottles here, the staff are not interested and won’t properly scan them out. Stuck with an ongoing bill for bottle rental because staff didn’t properly scan the bottle out when returned.

Bad form cant tell me if a payment went through and in covid isolation times are now charging extra gor late payment get your act together

Not very happy that online it says open until 12pm on Saturday. I went there at 11am and everything is closed.

These blokes are obviously not paid by commission… they couldn’t give a stuff… hard to get them off whatever game or whatever they were obsessed with on their PCsHave a look for somewhere more helpful or better still buy on line

Worst customer service ever. They laugh in your face even tho i have a acvount there for the past 3 years and always buy my welding supplies there definitely searching for a new supplier.

Go in to enquire on an issue with my oxy set, been in HVAC trade for 22 years, Said good morning wondering if you could help me with my oxy handset, the reply i got was getting spoken down to by a middle aged bald man who obviously has issues with himself. instead of listening to his attitude, i challenged him about his pathetic ways, and asked him what his problem was, very unhelpful, my advice get a job working in the gas bottle loading dock where you don’t speak with people. No name tag on the woolen jumper, his partner has worked at various BOC branches for 20 years i recognise his face, he just looked away, read the other reviews from recent and they are the same as mine.

2 guys behind the front desk are rude and not very friendly.

I advise anyone seeking welding advice or looking for welding gear/gasses not to go here. Staff was extremely rude and hard to pull them away from their desks just to ask them a simple question. Been going to boc for years now and never again.They need to work on their customer service badly.

Very Rude Customer service.. is it hard to have a smile and greet someone. It’s like a pack of zombies working. When ever you want to know about an item In store that you’re unsure about, they make you feel uneasy to a point they make you feel dumb... I am hearing this not only from one person I know either.. if they keep this up they are going to ruin the boc name in the western suburbs for sure. Get some normal people working in this store.
