very happy with the staff at Hornsby, very helpful and made sure the item was ready to be sent. price was reasonable.not so happy with the end delivery. the item was left at the front door, no person home. took a photo and left. I was under the impression that the delivery had to be signed for as it was a valuable item,

I had a great experience with Katreena and Louie. They helped me move my large computer setup and were very patient with all of my questions and considering alternative arrangements and ways of switching things up. The equipment was packaged very professionally and neatly- well beyond anything I could have done myself! It was a pleasure to be served by them.

It's quite a convenient location, they sell boxes and packing materials, and have onsite parking available. The driveway is very steep, so avoid bringing a trailer here. It is a popshop location for couriers please.

Job was done but please ask about the port destination charges. You think that these are custom clearance and other additional costs but it starts at unloading your stuff adding more than $500… they have all the costs they just show them to you when you are unhappy…

My precious item was picked up, carefully packed and safely delivered interstate. Excellent customer service.
