I have been filling here for over 4 years.It happened that I had to do a spilt payment for my petrol one day. The small guy with black hair pulled back and beard said you can’t do split, if so it needs to be only cash card not card card.I then explained I had no idea and that this was my only way of paying.I said what now, he said give me ID hard copy licence.I said I have digital ID through RMShe said I don’t trust you !!After 4 years of filling up every fortnight.I was so embarrassed I had to call someone to help me out with the remaining $15 to be able to pay it from one account. So humiliating, he then shows me all these documents of people who haven’t paid.That does not mean every person will not pay their due. Ive been filling up for 4 years, as if that meant anything. I will fill up from this place.

Worth the drive from menai to padstow to fuel up due to lower prices. The two petrol stations in Menai have some of the highest prices per litre of anywhere. Then just down the ro a d in Padstow, metro has some of the best prices per litre around. Plus the people working in the menai ones arent always all that happy to see you, one of them even just decides they are closed at any random time and old mate will just sit inside, lock the door and shake his head at anyone that shows up.

Indian guy with the turban working there today doesn’t greet or thank customers. I tapped my card and went back to my car and proceeded to drive off. He came out running tapping my car window saying your card declined didn’t go through. Extremely embarrassed the entire station was looking at me as if I stole fuel. Went back inside and he said oh it’s gone through now. Disgusting!!! Fix your slow eftpos machines and stop accusing customers of theft and learn some basic customer service

Doesn't answer there phone. Very rude. Forgot something important on the petrol pump and was calling to see if they can put it on the side.

Convenient, fast, friendly and still the right price, despite other local competitive houses already taking their prices up by 50c more when that isn't meant to be happening for weeks... Metro is always customer friendly... the big guys" really need to learn from them"
