Anthony is an absolute gentleman. Polite, honest and capable. All you can ask for of a smash repairer. I have used some of the larger names in the Sydney and have seen less attention to detail with more obvious signs of repair in comparison to ASR. I use him for all my work (both insurance and private - which has always been reasonably priced) as well as my broader family and would recommend to anyone.

very rude in customer service.

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had .They Had my vehicle for 4 months for repair,told me the parts were ready and car was going to be fixed . Week by week went by and car still not fixed but Anthony msg me every week saying it would be done by end of the week . Drive past a street down from the smash repair shop, and the car is sitting abandoned on the street, covered in cobwebs , mould , tyres popped due to car been sitting there for 4 months and not being worked on. They had already been paid out by my insurance company Nrma . Nrma have now towed my vehicle from the repair shop to a new repair shop. Please be very weary when choosing this repair shop, nothing but lies and deception from this shop. They definitely need investigating.
