My mother-in-law had a hair cut there today. She was there for 5 minutes, and charged $29, for 5 min! She was not asked how she wanted it cut, was not given enough chance to see the back in the mirror afterwards and when I saw her I asked if she was happy with the cut because it looked terrible and was very uneven. She said no she wasn't happy but just wanted to get out of there. I took her back to complain and it appeared as if they didn't care too much. Granted we were asked if she wanted to come back in for another cut but it was already so short and crooked we were not going to chance it. The store itself was filthy, hair everywhere and was not busy when we were there so someone could have cleaned. The atmosphere and service left us feeling less than satisfied. Will never use this hair dresser again.

$236 to walk out with wet limp hair. I asked for fresh hair, a cut and a colour however the girls thought it was acceptable to charge me extra for a blow dry yet because my hair was still wet I could not see the colour OR the true cut.The colour is fine however there was some staining on my foreheads. The cut - shapeless and drab.

I went here as all barbers were busy. For 28 bucks I was told I could get a haircut and have my hair washed. Pensioners $25. Reasonable haircut with 1 hack on the left ear. No washed hair offered. Paid the money and wished I had gone to the barber.

I never go to a hairdresser to get my hair done after a bad experience years ago. Today was fantastic. Thank you

This would be a one star if not for the nice hairdresser. I was appalled by a girl that did my eyebrows and washed my hair. Her name was Rhi. If someone gets allocated her, say NO. I've had my eyebrows done a LOT and that was SO bad... not only was she not good at her job but she was unbelievably rude. I couldn't believe it. Obviously didn't want to be there. I don't usually review places but that was MESSED. To add to that, they didn't have any change to give me so I had to leave my phone there as collateral while I tried to find somewhere to exchange the money.Yeah, I'll probably go back because I've been there before and everyone else seems nice, but she needs to go. Nothing was pleasant with the time I was with her. So so so bad. I hope she's not there next time.

If I could give no stars, I would. Absolutely appalling behaviour by the manager screaming at a young girl in the middle of the salon in front of other staff and clients over a mistake she’d made. Absolutely chat to her about the mistake that was made, however, berating her and demoralising her is not okay by anyone in a position of power and responsibility is absolutely abhorrent, deplorable behaviour that drags your business into disrepute. Definitely won’t be back into this salon ever!

I had my hair extensions done here this week. Alanah & her team were amazing. very efficient when talking me through colours and pricing and i felt so confident the whole time I was in salon. very affordable and great service can’t wait for my next appointment in 6 weeks!

My sister's friends recommended this salon as I need a trim while visiting town. Staff were friendly. The girl cutting my hair really listened to what I wanted and found pictures of what I described. I was happy with the reshaping and happy with how little it cost. I wish this salon was in my Home town.

Such unprofessional and incredibly rude young staff, will never go back or recommend them. Did not even explain or ask my daughter what style would suit her or offer suggestions. She didn't get what she wanted and when she explained to the girl she said someone else would have to finish it off. Then the rude unsmiling girl who cut mine rolled her eyes when the original cutter told her she had to finish her hair off. Both rude and red hair girl needs to go.

The team here are absolutely amazing, they are all so friendly and talented at what they do, i have gone here for the past 4 years and will never go anywhere elseI just want to give a massive should out to Tiegan who completely transformed my hair into the exact colour outcome i was after and saved it from terrible black box die. She worked with me and talked me through the whole process and it was the best experience, can’t wait to come back.Thankyou Ladies you are all exceptional!!
