DGA Windows

Totally unprofessional and don’t know that they are doing!Advised it would take 1 day on site to install the windows instead it took 6 days over 4 weeks.The detailing was not to specification which was confirmed by the fabricator and as a result the windows had to be sent back to the workshop 3 times before they got it right.Half the windows fell off the back of the truck and smashed. Half the windows were installed the wrong way around.From the time of the quote to installation it took 3 and half months.The first Project Manager never answered/ returned calls, or responded to emails or text messages.When I made a formal complaint to Consumer Protection I was told that DGA had contacted me by phone and I had advised them that I was satisfied with the installation – I never received a call or said that. When asked if they could produce a phone record to back up their claim they said it had been deleted.Avoid this double glazing company at all cost!
