I have been aware of this quality business since the early 1980s. It is only recently that I had a need to use their service myself.I've received excellent customer service.I suggest you ring them to make an appointment to avoid calling in case the office closed.I'm impressed with their honesty about what I can expect and a call to update me and check if I still wanted to go ahead.I haven't compared their prices with other businesses providing the same service as I am happy with the quote I received.I haven't collected the vhs tape I asked to be put onto dvd and usb, but Redwood have advised that despite attempts to play the tape in numerous video players only a small amount of the original video is viewable now.It is a 30yr old home video, not a professionally recorded one, it has deteriorated over the years. The video was recorded by my brother in law on the day my husband and I married. It is the only video we have of our wedding so I realise I should have had it done years ago.My advice is not to delay if you have precious recordings of events on vhs tape that you want put onto dvd and/or usb.Also, as technology is changing so quickly I would also recommend you have any very precious photos you've taken and have them printed.

Wonderful service! I'd been meaning to to transfer a VHS to DVD for ages, and they were able to do it in a few hours at a very modest price. Highly recommended. :)

We had a last minute disaster when another company (Paul Demunk) ruined our cousin’s funeral DVD. In the final hour, the lovely couple at Redwood came to the rescue and were just so lovely, empathetic and understanding. To top it off, they didn’t charge me and sent me off with well wishes. Absolutely delightful humans.

Transfer your VHS to DVD, they can even transfer tapes over that are in fairly bad condition. Fast & reliable, great service. Lovely people, highly recommended. Xx
