We purchased a beautiful TruYard reel mower here today, and were blown away by the unbelievable quality of service from Simon. On top of a great price, Simon delivered the mower and then gave us an invaluable training session, along with tips on fertiliser and weed management. A great bloke and a refreshing buying experience we highly recommend.

I walked in with a particular mower in mind. Older gent walked over with the most lacklustre attitude. Barely answered my questions. Showed no interest in showing me the stock or prices. He left me standing there awkwardly. I'm wondering why the hell he's supposedly selling the stuff.I had the money in my pocket!I went elsewhere.

Full marks to this company for fixing the inverter on my Honda generator the service was prompt and courteous. Wish I could say the same about Honda ,who took MONTHS to deliver the parts needed. The whole point of the repair was a recall regarding a safety issue. Well done Rockingham Mowers, zero stars for Honda.

Review from a few months ago, wasn't sure about posting as it was my only experience with them and I went to them as the reviews were so good. Don't get me wrong, they know their stuff.. really great knowledge! They did a great job fixing the mower.However, ad a female customer I felt I was treated differently to the male customer, who came in when I was there. Maybe it was a bad day, but I got grumpy customer service, didn't like having lunch interrupted by me, the customer. Went to Coast... mowers next time, more pleasant, great knowledge as well.

Brilliant! I could have bought 2 chainsaw chains online for the price I paid for 1 here... BUT... They put the chain on for me and cleaned the machine at no extra cost. I would not have been able to get the priceless info that they gave me regarding the problems I had been having with 2 different chainsaws. Perfect gentlemen and didnt treat me like a silly woman!!(It does happen at other places)Their info was spot on and my chainsaws have been starting perfectly since I spoke to them.Perfect gentlemen. You will have our custom for 2 chainsaws,1 lawnmower and one Ride on Mower. Support your local business(It may cost a bit more as there are overheads)because if you dont, the knowledge will be lost and that great support will be gone.
