Strong Movers Furniture Removals & Storage

Extremely disappointed with the service. The movers were in a hurry to get to another job so were rushing/running with our belongings. Dropping several items whilst unloading at destination. Also damaging a mattress in their rush. (Which we didn’t see until they had left due to them rushing through the process) I asked them to slow down and take more care with the belongings but they dismissed my request. We paid a 3 hour minimum charge and they were gone after 2 hours so had the time but still chose to rush. We emailed with feedback but did not even get a response. Would not recommend this company. They do not value or respect their customers.

Yesterday, I had Marco and Omar assist me with my move. They are extremely hard workers who went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with the service - even disassembling and re-assembling my bed! They were efficient, easy to deal with and polite.Amazing Value with no hidden $$$ surprises.Highly Recommend!!

We had so many dramas with our outdoor spa being moved and I was ready to throw in the towel. Before finding these guys, we had tried 2 removal companies which scammed us and just wouldn’t show up or return our calls. Honestly it made me lose faith in trusting my money to any removal company at all. These guys I found on a whim and my husband and I are SO glad we did. They were so helpful and responsive, and they did the job sooner than we thought. They treated our spa with care, were super super friendly, and actually communicated with us which we weren’t at all used to from other companies we dealt with. If you’re thinking of moving anything, seriously don’t bother with anyone else. These guys are friendly, affordable, and do a darn good job. Thanks so much guys!! Saved my sanity, for real.

I had an uplift last week and I am beyond grateful for the removal service offered by the three people who attended my property. They were considerably empathetic to my situation and moved all of my furniture with care and caution. It was the easiest, quickest removal I have ever experienced and they took every precaution to ensure my belongings were not damaged. Halfway through the move I realised I had left a bag of plants that got packed up into the truck. Without hesitation, they offered to return my plants after they unloaded my furniture into storage and did return it to me later that afternoon. I have never experienced such wonderful service and I would recommend these movers to anyone.

I had the boys come out to help with a move from Marcoola Sunny Coast, had to stop by my Mums in Burpengary then moved us into a place in Narangba. They were bith professional, took care of our belongings and very funny! I loved the singing and jokes, made the usually dreaded moving experience a lot more enjoyable!! Great job guys and thank you for all your help!! Would highly recommend them..

I used this provider for both removals and storage services in between moves. It’s been over 4 weeks and I have still not had all my property returned. I have followed up over phone calls and emails inclusive of pictures. The admin person that responds poorly says “You storage unit was completely empty” yet I witnessed all belongings be loaded on to the truck and not unloaded. They have offered no resolution or compensation for what was moved from their storage facility and not returned. I paid to have all property stored, secured and removed. I would have easily paid approximately $1500 all up but as it seems I can’t even get a table stand reimbursed. Just a poor excuse of simply it’s not there. The movers on the day also delivered someone else’s TV in which I did not accept. Quick to take on business and collect payment yet when there’s an issue plenty of delayed responses to owning their fault and providing the consumer no quality. Poor morals from a business who I would have previously recommended.

From start to finish, you guys made the whole packing process easy and smooth. All my belongings are intact and I'm glad you guys handled them with care.

I booked Strong Movers to bring a heavy piece of furniture into a second floor flat. The original removalists I used couldn't get it to go through the door. I planned to have it brought up over the balcony but these guys managed to bring it in as normal. A bit of a communication breakdown around days and times but I could highly recommend them. No fuss, happy lads, magicians! When I have to move again, I'll be back in touch.

The service provided was excellent, very polite and punctual throughout. Went well above and took special care with delicate items would highly recommend.

Fantastic service.. the 2 guys that came to help me with getting a large fridge from downstairs to upstairs were amazing.. I really didn’t think it could be done .. but with knowledge , care and attitude of we can do this .. the job was done .. thank you so much really appreciated
