Very friendly staff, receptionist are so lovely, have been seeing my physio for a few months through work cover and they were fantastic, really do a good job!Both Jen and Mel are fantastic physios!!

Fantastic physio that uses manual techniques and not just hook you up on machines and leave the room ,best place you can go to if you need physio awesome work they do ta keep me on my feet and not In a wheelchair.

I häd a ongoing physio appointment They Phoned to ask If i would come in early as they had 2 cancelations The new physio Kept me waiting over 1/2 hour why would you call people in early if your already booked out Even though i had paid i walked out never to return verd unhappy

Physio appointment for upper arm pain. The physio worked out the issue promptly and provided exercises to strengthen the relevant muscles.Very friendly staff throughout the service.

Over 5 month ago Aug 2, OT did home visit for my son needed for NDIS reportNever received report at all so my social worker sending email 3 times last 5 month constantly But NO REPORT and NO RESPONSE.Just got charged $700 in last Aug and September.Through NDIS.It's ridiculous!!!!! Worst experience!!

The staff are always friendly. They offer a variety of services for both children and adults from OT to physio. They are always able to work with me if i ever nees to change my appointment time. I highly recommend Bounce Back.
