Snooze Jindalee

I was served by Anna who was really friendly and patient. Initially I wanted to order a bed base, headboard and mattress that I had already researched. Unfortunately there's a 14 week lead time on the base and headboard as well as an 8 weeks on the mattress I was interested in. As I needed the mattress fairly quickly, we discussed other options where I can order a different mattress within 2 weeks and wait for the headboard/base. Anna was helpful in showing me various mattresses, talked about their features, how they might suit my preferences, pros and cons, and what value I will get for the money. In the end I did make an order. I didn't get double charged for delivery as the mattress and bed will come separately. I also received a loan bed base so I won't have to stick it on the floor while I wait for mine.The staff really went above and beyond, and the service was fantastic.

Ordered online but had our bed delivered from Jindalee store. Very professional and helpful. Communicated every step of the way. Delivery was prompt and placed in the room of our choice. Highly recommend

Highly recommend the team at Snooze Jindalee. We had a problem with our new mattress and Paul went above & beyond to help us out. Will definitely be going back when we need to replace our guest bed. My wife and I recently purchased a bed form Snooze at Jindalee, we cant say enough about the service we received from Len our salesman on the day. len was polite, courtesy and very informative without being pushy which made the experience delightful. Upon returning to Snooze to purchase a bed head we where met by Paul and Sue who are the owner operators and husband and wife, once again they made us very welcome and provided great service with a family feel. Also we had the items delivered by the shops delivery team who also displayed a very warm and professional approach. If you are looking for a bed then these guys are the ones to support. What a pleasure to deal with! We had the daunting task of buying a new mattress and base and after visiting a few shops we luckily ended up with Len at Snooze, Jindalee, and found him to be a chasm of knowledge and advise on all aspects beds plus super friendly and helpful...we now have a great mattress, bedding and base. Highly recommend

I had an absolutely brilliant experience shopping for a new mattress. Sue was an absolute delight and so knowledgeable on the products. Having been disappointed in another store who sold me to totally wrong products - Sue worked with me and talked about so many different aspects of different type of mattresses - and when I explained my needs - she really listened to me and did not try to rush me..... she narrowed down my choices - and told me to take my time - she did not rush me - which I felt was a very important thing - as I did not want to be rushed and I wanted to make sure I got the right product for me.Sue also explained the importance of a great pillow and mattress protector - I completely 'get' why these items are so important now - no one ever explained it to me before - and I can understand now why a really good pillow is important ( I actually purchased one that I fell in love with instore - and I am now having a MUCH better nights sleep because I have the right pillow!)Thank you also to Paul and Len - they were also a really great help with so much knowledge and advice as well - they offered up their opinions and advise while I was trying out the beds and I was so grateful for their kind help as well. AMAZING experience and I could not be happier with my purchases - and the EXCELLENT service that I received!

My wife and I bought a mattress and customized gas-lift bed from Snooze Jindalee. We're very happy with the quality, price, and customer service we got. Paul in particular looked after us for the gas-lift bed and looking / thinking through the pros and cons of various supplier and material options (e.g. wood vs. fabric, design details, and the styles of the different suppliers). He was very patient and very helpful.A great shop to buy from - they know how to do business.
