Disgusting, absolutely disgusting.Walked in, floors were dirty, grimy and just gross and NOT from the “wet weather”All the machines had a build up of laundry detergent around them up the top and wee dirty. Doors and door jams were disgusting and dirty. Benches hadn’t been wiped down. Someone floored a washing machine and left a HUGE pile of water on the water which has been sitting there for sometime and making it hard to get to about 6 of the 10 washing machines.While great to have a 24/7 laundry, Hanson Road and Flinders Park are NEVER this bad. Will NEVER come back here.

During winter we occasionally need to dry sheets and towels with a dryer. Star Laundromat's dryers are always clean, tidy and well serviced. I love that they've installed credit card readers so that you no longer need to dig up gold coins. The complimentary Wi-Fi is appreciated. On the very rare occasion that I've had an issue with a machine the phone support has been excellent. Good parking available too.

It's 50/50 here with me. The place can be totally filthy or reasonably clean. Not for the first time I have had machines gulp the money but not charge so I have to pay more than once. Then there was the machine the spin cycle wasn't working so I had to dry sopping wet clothes. A shame those things sully this place as it does have good space to fold clothes and a good choice of machines.

One of the dryers wasn’t working earlier. Had to redo it and more than an hour of my time was wasted. I called them about the issue, the lady on the phone was helpful in organizing a refund but did not apologize for the inconvenience it caused me. If I heard her correctly a technician went to fix it earlier that day but turns out it’s still having issues. Should have stickers or placards placed somewhere so customers can also mark unusable machines.

Efficient and effective machines. 25 minutes to wash, and 30 minutes to dry, finished within the hour. No need to bring your own detergent, but other products you need to provide yourself. There is one washing machine specifically for pet blankets/clothing etc; which is a great addition. Overall good experience.

New to the area and have been testing out a few laundromats, but this is easily my new go-to. It's an accessible facility by ramp, and you're able to pay via phone which is very handy. No detergent required either. Large and spacious area with plenty of room for folding and sorting. A lot of thought has clearly gone into making this laundromat as accessible and convenient for the user as possible.

Be careful. Don’t leave your clothes away from your eyesight. It’s good to have laundry 24/7. But it’s not safe for your clothes to leave . I left my clothes in dryer and when I returned the clothes has been stolen in an hour.
