Bree and Pete are amazing, our boys where not enjoying guitar lessons with their old teacher but when we started at Sound Society they fell in love with music all over again and are now excited for guitar lessons!

I’ve been learning guitar/music theory from Peter for almost 9 years now. I really struggled with guitar at the start but Peter is patient and knows many ways to pass on his musical knowledge. Now I am a second year at Australia Institute of Music, pursuing my own professional music career. Although receiving a higher education in music at uni, Peter is still able to make every lesson helpful. I am certain there is other great teachers at sound society also, 100% recommend.

I've been learning guitar with Peter of the Sound Society for about 3 years. Not only is Pete a great guitarist he's also a great teacher. Very patient, very encouraging, and I finish each lesson feeling like I've made progress. That's rare. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend The Sound Society Tuition. Bree is the warmest and most encouraging teacher, and she genuinely cares about her students. Learning to sing or play an instrument can be frustrating and vulnerable; Bree makes the process fun and engaging, and she is extraordinarily patient! I love that I was able to learn the songs I want to, rather than do endless scales or assigned pieces I’m not interested in. Can’t say enough great things about Sound Society.

We have used Sound Society for a few years now and have found them to be absolutely brilliant. Both kids attend music lessons there with both Pete and Bree. Pete and Bree have a way of teaching that encourages kids to be passionate, engaging and learning all at the same time. As well as individual lessons, my son loves the combined band lessons. Very personable. We love going there every week!
