I recently had a very disappointing experience with this courier service. I placed an order and received a notification that it was delivered on April 20th, 2023 at 11 am. However, the package never arrived. I tried to contact the courier service multiple times via their online platform and phone calls, but I never received any response. This left me feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed.The package contained important items, and the fact that it was never delivered despite the service's confirmation of delivery is unacceptable. I provided specific delivery instructions, and those were not followed.It was extremely frustrating to not receive any response from their customer service. I was unable to get any answers or assistance from the service, and it was extremely disappointing to see a lack of responsibility and accountability from them.I would not recommend using this courier service until they improve their communication and customer service. Customers deserve to have their packages delivered on time and in a timely manner, and to receive prompt and efficient customer service if any issues arise.

The worst delivery service to have ever existed. I used to work with this company as a sender at a warehouse and it was the worst month of my life. Leaving parcels down the road on the nature strip, can't contact them, etc etc. Every time I order something online and its being delivered with Aramex I beg the company to deliver with ANYONE else. I have NEVER had a good experience. You can't contact them via their online chat, nor the phone number for the depot. I have had to call other state depots just to be able to re-deliver. I understand there is pressure on everyone due to the current covid / COL saga, but NOBODY does it worse than these guys.

I am extremely disappointed with the courier service that was provided. The package was dropped off near the concierge, instead of being delivered to my door, making it difficult for me to carry the heavy item upstairs. Furthermore, I was supposed to receive 3 boxes, but only 2 were delivered, and the delivery was marked as completed. Furthermore, I can see the box is damaged as well.In addition to these issues, the delivery person's behaviour was extremely rude. I have been trying to resolve this issue for quite some time now, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

An appallingly poor courier service. I'm 3-for-3 on horrific delivery experiences, and will not use them again. Each time a seller has used them to deliver a package, it's cost me over an hour in painful attempts to contact their customer service.They'll tell you they can't deliver a package, provide no explanation as to why, then require you contact them to instigate a redelivery - all while providing ZERO ability (a complete refusal) to allow you as a customer to talk to a human being. You cannot contact the depot that they want you to collect your package from. And every extension on their phone line simply leads you to a voice mail message stating that they will not answer any parcel enquiries over the phone.Unless you have hours to kill with an inept customer service system - STAY AWAY from this company.

This has to be one of the most horrible companies I have dealt with.Not only is my parcel “failing to be delivered”, because delivery drivers are attending the wrong address. But I contacted this company to rebook to the delivery with thorough delivery instructions so they had the correct address..... the dates the redelivery was booked for passed and no delivery showed up.I tried to contact them again yesterday to tell them I did not receive my delivery and I was “in line” for a customer care rep to assist me. After waiting 4 hours, I chased up my enquiry and spit in line with no response. Again today I’ve tried to message the chat and begin a new enquiry but to no avail once again.This company is so poor. At this point I believe they have either stolen my parcel or are a scam of a company (especially considering there is not one positive review on their service).Please sellers and buyers- beware of this company. They will cost you a lot of money for nothing going forward. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING WITH THEM!I’d appreciate a timely response and rectification for the delivery of my parcel because I’ve already been in the process of delivery for almost a month now.

Aramex = easily the worst delivery service I’ve ever had to deal with. They turned an express post 7 day delivery into a 79 day delivery. I was home when the initial delivery took place… But then it turned into 5 Failed Deliveries even tho my notes were “supposedly” updated by clearly stating “Please call the phone number provided upon arrival”.. It became so stressful that I’ve decided not to shop online for the foreseeable future. How is this company allowed to operate?

I would give 0 if I could. I was waiting for the parcel at home all day. However, the delivery guy, without knocking my door, left an unattended card. The system refresh and I saw the status update. That is not the worst, I need to wait for another two days for redelivery or pick up. Also the pick up location is port of Melbourne. That is crazy.......I hate this company. Will never buy things from betta/ Appliance central. Worst experience ever, no contact available and no one ever pick up the phone.

I cannot adequately mention what a bad courier service this is. I live in an apartment block with a security entrance, they arrived at 7:00am, rang the apartment and by the time I got there to let them in they were gone. The driver - obviously a franchisee - was in a great hurry to get away, couldn't wait for 30 seconds before disappearing over the horizon. I wish the people I bought the goods from used a more user friendly courier service. Actually I wish they had minus stars so I could give them the real rating they deserve.

To be fair, arranging a redelivery was quite easy on their website.However, I first tried calling (call me old fashioned !) and the very first thing I heard was that Aramex will not tolerate rude behaviour" (not the exact words but something to this effect). I don't mind listening to this at the end of their recorded message given that there are all sorts out there. This sort of thing appears defensive and leaves a bad taste in the mouth of the caller right from the word go.To me

I had a terrible experience with this courier. Despite having money in my account from a year ago, I was unable to retrieve it. Hoping to give them another chance, I paid for shipping labels and printed them out. However, I cannot arrange for a pick-up through my account, and no one answers the phone at the depot. Google indicates that they are less busy than usual, yet I cannot get any assistance. Overall, this is the worst courier service I have ever dealt with. I will continue to use Australia Post in the future.If I could leave a no star review I would!
