Ruth was SO helpful when I ordered the wrong wick online for a lovely oil lamp I bought from the op shop. She asked me to send photos of the lamp and the wick and what I was doing, then helped me with a video from her Youtube library and we ascertained I had bought the wrong wick (I should have called her first!) and she popped another into the post for me. Wonderful customer service. Highly recommend her shop. Thanks Ruth! :D

Super quick door-to-door delivery (1 day) through my favourite package courier, Australia Post (Brisbane-Gold Coast). Items were in new condition and securely packaged. Their range of lamp parts, oils, wicks and assemblies is comprehensive. Our old girl looks beautiful again on the dining room table. This will be my go-to place for caring for my family kero lamp. A great Oz service to support.

These guys are amazing! Was given a lamp from my grandparents estate and didn't have a clue how to use it. Ruth not only sent me information on this but also spent ages on a zoom call-We live in NZ- to help me understand the workings of the lamp and also what equipment i needed to buy. Supplies arrived about 4 days later. Outstanding service and would totally recommend. A pleasure to deal with.

Ruth is just a touch of magic herself. Politely spoken extremely helpful and will help you in every way she can. Very honest. Not like braidewood NSW. .The woman lies and is rude. And forgets . I agree with the two other reviews about their experience with them. Stay clear from them . I would rather light a bom fire than buying a lamp from them.
