Pretty disappointed and p*seed off with this place. I took my car in for a pink slip. The car was failed on 2 items, upper and lower ball joints having excessive play, drivers side front wheel bearing having excessive play.This seemed odd to me considering I had just installed new suspensions parts which involved getting a full wheel alignment done and front passenger wheel bearing replaced just before Christmas.I took my car home and check these items and they seemed fine to me, but I needed my car registered so I took it to a mechanic to have those parts replaced. being a tradesman no car = no work and no payThe next morning that mechanic called me and said “why do you want these parts replaced? They are all absolutely fine” I had a second mechanic say the same thing, suggesting that AJ automotive were trying to rip me off and suggested I refer them to fair trading.This turned into a 3 day disaster for me as no mechanic would touch the car for a pink slip as it had been failed, leaving the only option to take it back to these guys to be spoken to rudely and told they don’t have time to look at my car.This has cost me 2 days pay plus the cost of second pink slip. Steer clear of this place if you want honest work. I know I won’t be going anywhere near them.

I called Julie after my Hilux broke down on a Friday and although they were short staffed and flat out they said tow it here and we will help. The suggested towing turned up with 30min. Within a half hour their Toyota expert Daniel had run advanced diagnostics and fixed the fuel issue to get me back on the road without any hesitation or issue. These guys are world class and I cannot thank them enough for getting me out of an otherwise dire situation. Absolutely recommend!!
