My Wife went in and was looking for a watch. They were rude and wouldn’t help her and couldn’t care less. They even insulted her by saying her wrist was to small and that her wrist should be bigger

Went to fix my partner handmade ring . Charged us 55 bucks and they did nothing just fixed the curve part which was not even straight and dent was still there. Even asked the lady and she was like it’s fine . Very disappointed

I recently went shopping at this store and found the staff member, Annie, so helpful. Nothing was a bother for her at all. Annie had polite answers to all of my questions and I was happy with my purchase. Upon returning a couple of days later, Annie was very quick to recognise the fault with what I had purchased, the same as I had that morning, and still provided top class service in helping myself choose a new product. Heavily endorse this young ladies manner and service, what a top talent she is.

Hi, extremely disappointed with the service received from goldmark sunshine plaza maroochydore. The whole process has been a mess. First of all I bought the engagement ring and then when I opened the box before wrapping it the ring was dirty and looked like it was rusted or with calcium stains. Then I went back to the store to get something done and they offered to clean it, they cleaned it but it still had a slight discolouration on it. Being 2 days before Christmas we left it. Thirdly the ring was a larger size than needed and the staff said it’s no problems that we can come back and have it resized or return and order it again, the staff never discussed the cost of resizing. Then we went back to have it resized and they said that we would have to pay and did not offer to exchange it and special order until after they figured out that they would not be able to resize due to the number of sizes we had to go down. Then as it was bought on special they almost charged us full price of the ring to return and buy it. Luckily they offered to sell it a sale price again and said okay it will take 4 weeks to be ready. That was on the 29th of December. My partner called the store some weeks later to follow up on the process and was informed that the order was only placed with the manufacturer on the 8th of January and it would be 4 weeks from this date. After waiting another 4 weeks He called again and they advised that the order was due on the 15th of February and he should call on Tuesday to see if it was in yet. After calling on the Tuesday they advised that what they meant was the Tuesday following. So the ring would come in Friday the 15th of 7 weeks from when the order was placed and your staff weren’t going to do anything about it until Tuesday? Then we visited the store yesterday on the 16th of February and they said that the order has been delayed yet again and will not be in until the 22nd of February.This whole process has been ridiculous from the get go with generally unhelpful staff who just have the view that nothing can be done and that we just have to accept it.

Disappointed I got a ring for Christmas and it broke in under 10 days and they wouldn't let me replace it.

Worst customer service ever. Daughter had ring bought for christmas and split. Taken back and was told nothing could be done.Very poor!!!

Ambience, staff, all great Staff exceptional! But selection of food ok.

If you are looking for rude, arrogant staff this is where you want to shop. The guy in here is so rude and agressive, definatley hates working with the public. No wonder there are never any customers in here! Steer clear and shop elsewhere!
