The Vet Clinic

We had to put our beloved dog Stella down a little while ago. The entire situation was extremely painful but Veronica was with us every step of the way with incredibly professional advice, a lot of compassion and when the time came, Veronica came to our house and did what needed to be done. She didn't draw the process out or make the situation worse than it already was. She was extremely professional and helped us through the whole thing. She even followed up with my partner to find out how I was doing in the days after. I could not recommend a vet more than I would Veronica. When we have to take our other animals to the vet in future, we will be requesting her specifically. - Andrew and Emmerson

The staff at the vet clinic are absolutely wonderful, they have treated a few of my animals now, and everytime I have felt listened to, and involved and informed of my pets treatment. They have a very calm and welcoming clinic for owner's and pets and I would never take my furbabies anywhere else, and price is always reasonable.

After ringing just about every vet I could to see my turtle and not having any luck, The Vet Clinic, although being a 40min drive away and not classed as a turtle/reptile vet, told me to head there and they would do their best to help me till I could get in to a turtle vet.From the moment I got there, the staff were incredibly friendly, so very tentative and helpful to the absolute best of their abilities.And since that visit have rung me each week to check in and see how my boy is doing.I was that happy with the time, effort and continuing concern they have shown over my pet turtle, I am thinking of driving that far from now on for my dog too.Highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone who doesn't mind the drive for the best treatment I've received in a long time for my pets.

All staff are more than welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Chris to anyone. He provided a great service when my dog, (who doesn't trust anyone) was terminal and the care shown was second to none. He explains everything, including costs....so no surprises!

We have just gone through the very painful decision of putting to sleep our very sick and beautiful 15 year old Siamese. The staff at The Vet Clinic were amazing with the care, support and empathy they showed us and our beloved pet. We cannot recommend highly enough the service and friendliness of this practice. In our opinion this is the best Vets we have ever been to. We wish to express again our heartfelt thanks and look forward to many years of continued friendship.

Very compassionate when haf to make hard decision to put our beloved cat to sleep. Lovely staff always explain and quote everything up front.

We had to say goodbye to our 17yr old cat today. Staff were wonderful and allowed be to hold her as long as I wanted. Lots of care and understanding. Thankyou staff for allowing the last moments with her to be so beautiful

Very relaxing visit and generally experience and pleasant people , that looked after the pups vacation they where happy with their experience with them

Sam our Aussie Silky Terrier saw Dr Chris for his annual checkup and vaccinations - went as smooth as silky and Sam is a happy dog!
